How it all started...
While pursuing a path toward veterinary school and volunteering at local shelters most days of the week, AJ (Owner & Head Trainer) saw firsthand how often dogs were misunderstood and mishandled. It became clear that something needed to change.
Taking a step back, AJ shifted his focus and earned his professional dog training certification and mentored under top trainers in the industry, committing himself to becoming the change he wanted to see in the dog world.
With a passion for helping both dogs and their owners, AJ dedicated his life to guiding inexperienced owners in building trust and strong relationships with their dogs, while also helping experienced owners reach even higher levels of training and performance.
He started with nothing more than his knowledge and a red backpack, traveling to each home training session with a vision and a mission.
Today, that vision has grown into Leader of the Pack—a full-service facility offering training, boarding, grooming, and structured daycare—continuing to help dogs and their owners reach their full potential every day.
